Please find OBPs 2023 review and 2024 budget report. Property is projected to be at 91% occupancy with move-ins end of this month. We continue to work on reducing delinquency and improve collections. GPs injected another $50,000 in December to help with debt payments and are working hard to minimize need for further cash. Our commitment remains steadfast and our goal in 2024 is to stabilize OBP.
