Dear Investor,

Please find the latest shareholder's report covering reporting through the end of May 2024.

Oasis continues on its positive operational trajectory, thanks to the strong performance by the property manager, and we are optimistic about trending up during the stronger summer leasing months.

We thank the LPs who supported the capital raise last month. The proceeds were immediately used to turn units for lease, which helps our occupancy and income. We are still short $100k, to meet aging accounts payables and mortgage payments, and would appreciate other shareholders' contributions.
