Please find enclosed a summary report through February 2025 for Oasis at Ballast Point.

Tax Forms/K-1s: We are pushing our CPA hard to have our returns ready this week. We submitted all of our information in January and paid our preparation fees in advance to receive priority treatment, with the goal of receiving K-1s weeks ago. However, the accounting firm has not committed to a firm deadline, just that we are "in the queue for final review". We cannot guarantee a certain date but share your frustration that they have not yet been received. We will continue to push them daily and share them with you as soon as we receive them.

Property Performance: February was the highest-performing month in Oasis' history with record-setting NOI and income. We continue to focus on operational execution to drive further income growth.

Loan: The bridge loan on this property expired in March. We’ve successfully negotiated a short-term (4 month) loan extension with the lender, giving us additional time to evaluate and negotiate the best financing options.
